List the custom fields configured for your account. Use key and scope
to send values in custom_fields when issuing: recipient fields go in
custom_fields.recipient and are stored on the recipient; credential
fields go in custom_fields.credential and are stored on each issued
credential. Recipient fields come first, then credential fields, in the
order set in the panel.
